Tips for better results
Use your profile URL, not your @handle. A URL QR code works universally — it opens in a browser and redirects to the Instagram app if installed. A raw @handle won't work as a QR destination.
Add a call to action. A QR code alone gives no instruction. Use the frame feature to add text like "Follow us on Instagram" or "Scan to see our work" beneath the code. This significantly increases scan rates on printed materials.
Set error correction to H when adding a logo. At error correction level H, the QR code can have up to 30% of its modules obscured and still scan correctly — enough room for a logo overlay. QRLifetime sets this automatically when you upload a logo.
